Holly Taylor Sargent, Founding Director, Women's Leadership Board Holly is the Founding Director of the Women's Leadership Board based at the Harvard Kennedy School, consisting of over 160 women leaders working to support the advancement of women throughout the University and in its work around the world. Holly served as Senior Associate Dean for Strategy and External Relations at the Harvard Kennedy School for 15 years before being promoted to work University-wide in 2005. During her time at the Harvard Kennedy School, Holly was centrally involved in the development of the Hauser Center for Nonprofit Institutions, the Center for Public Leadership, the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, the Kokkalis Program on Southeastern Europe and the Women and Public Policy Program. She is a Founding Director of the Council of Women World Leaders and a member of the Steering Committee for the Women Leaders Initiative at the World Economic Forum. |

Kristin N. Condon, Membership Services Coordinator, Women's Leadership Board Kristin Condon is the Membership Services Coordinator for the Women's Leadership Board at the Harvard Kennedy School. Kristin manages general operations of the Board, incuding those related to the identification and recruitment of members, financial administration, and event coordination. Prior to joining the Women's Leadership Board, Kristin worked at Hunt Alternatives, LLC as Senior Administrative Assistant to Ambassador Swanee Hunt, coordinating travel and providing detailed research and administrative support. She is an alumna of the University of New Hampshire where she graduated Suma Cum Laude, Honors-In-Major, with her BA of Communications, and was awarded the Wilburn Sims Memorial Award. She is an avid traveler and studied abroad at Cambridge University (Cambridge, UK) while in college. Apart from traveling, she enjoys art, reading, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends. |
