Experience: Krys Moskal Amdurer is vice president for People Development at Pearson. She joined Pearson in November 2000. She works as a business partner on innovative initiatives, change management, and organizational effectiveness. In her current role, Moskal Amdurer is responsible for providing development resources, introducing new knowledge and skills, and implementing various learning technologies. She also serves as a member of the CorpU Exchange board and on the editorial board of Training Industry. She received her MEd and PhD in education from Rutgers University, and a BS in biology from Montclair University.
