Experience: Lara J. Warner is a managing director at Credit Suisse and head of finance for the investment banking division, based in New York. She is a member of the Investment Bank Operating Committee and the Investment Bank Management Committee as well as other key IB finance-related committees. Prior to her current position, Warner was the global head of fixed income and economic research and a member of the Fixed Income Operating Committee. Previously, she was the head of US Equity Research from 2004 to 2009. Warner joined Credit Suisse in April 2002 as a senior equity research analyst covering the cable television, wireline and wireless telecommunications services, and satellite industries. Warner served as a member on the Managing Director Evaluation Committee during 2008 and 2009. Prior to joining the bank, Warner was a senior research analyst at Lehman Brothers, where she covered the cable television industry since March 2001. Before Lehman Brothers, Warner spent ten years at AT&T;. Her last two positions respectively at AT&T;were director of investor relations and chief financial officer for competitive local exchange business unit efforts nationwide. Warner is a co-chair of the Credit Suisse Americas Women's Network and on the Operating Committee of the Credit Suisse Research Institute. She holds a BS from Pennsylvania State University.
