Experience: Mechthilde Maier is senior vice president and head of group diversity management at Deutsche Telekom since 2008. Earlier, she occupied various management positions within the company. She holds degrees in business management and administrative management from the University for Applied Sciences, Rosenheim, and the Government University for Applied Sciences, Dieburg. Her current major project is the implementation of a women’s quota at Deutsche Telekom, the first large company in Germany to do so.
