Experience: Nicoletta is Director of Senior Relationship Management (SRM) Group for Nomura. SRM seeks to actively and holistically manage the most strategic Asset Management and Hedge Fund relationships for the benefit of the Nomura Group. Nicoletta started her career at Goldman Sachs where she was covering Italian UHN clients for GSAM. She then moved to strategic consulting at A.T. Kearney where she served some of the company's top Fortune 100 clients in Financial Services sectors and worked directly with the CFO in confidential assignments related to A.T. Kearney strategy. After 11 years at A.T. Kearney, Bernardi was asked by Goldman Sachs Asset Management Ltd. (GSAM) to re-join their Client Relationship Management team in London as an Executive Director. She then became the first woman to lead the Italian Institutional Client desk and she served in GSAM's executive committee of The Women's Network. Nicoletta is serving as a member of the Women’s Leadership Group at the Prince’s Trust In London. She is also a member of The Royal Institute of International Affairs, Chatham House - and of The Institute of Director. Fluent in three languages, Bernardi earned a Laurea Degree summa cum laude from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy and her MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA in Los Angeles. She also holds the CEMS Master Degree in International Management and she is IMC-qualified. Nicoletta is a pianist, a lover of old masters paintings and a collector of First Empire antiques. She lives in London with her husband and her two daughters.
