Senior Consultant Crowne Partners Atlanta, GA Experience: Levow, who retired from 25 years with Smith Barney, is a consultant in the financial service industry. Her expertise includes wealth management and retirement plans. Levow developed and pioneered a variety of new consulting services at Smith Barney, a model still in use today. The first woman in the company’s 102-year history to qualify for director’s council in 1996, she was appointed by the CEO to the director’s advisory group, and became the first female co-chair. She is a certified investment management consultant, and a member of the board of the High Museum of Art in Atlanta. A former board director of Restaurant Associates in NYC and the Association of Professional Investment Consultants, Levow published articles in Pension World, appeared as a 401(k) expert on the NBC-TV affiliate in Atlanta, and is listed in Who’s Who in Professional and Executive Women. Levow has a master’s degree from Columbia University 1975, a bachelor’s degree from Boston University 1973, and in 1986 attended the Wharton School of Business. She is married and has two sons. Her hobbies include art collecting, investing, and philanthropy. |
